How to send my children's clothes?
With Toupi, it's very simple. The Sell page on our website gives you all the necessary instructions for the process. All you have to do then is drop off your package at the post office or in one of our dropping points!
Where do you deliver?
Second hand makes sense when it is associated with the term "short circuit", thus, Toupi only delivers within the borders of Finland.
Is there a quota of items to send?
As long as the items meet our quality criteria, you can send as many and as few as you want.
When do I get paid?
Immediately after we check the goods. Payment is made according to the chosen method within a period of 10 working days.
Do you accept returns?
You have a right of return for 7 days from delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of use.
How to track my order?
After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can then follow the progress of your package on the Swiss Post's website.
